WHY CHOOSE SIGN
British Sign Language is popular and enjoyable because of BSL's interactive and expressive nature.
Our students have fed back that sign has:
Helped communicate with deaf and autistic family members and friends.
Provided an enjoyable and fun learning experience.
Boosted confidence in being conversational in a language.
Offered a life skill that will never go out of date.
Enriched understanding of people with hearing problems or who use sign to communicate.
Helped them to build skills towards their future career choices.
Learning British Sign Language in schools is a great way to support equality and diversity while raising aspirations for children and providing a language-learning experience that is practical and easy-to-use.
