How many people can attend a session?

We regularly deliver sessions for groups of up to 30 participants, both online and in person.

For online sessions, around 15 participants allows for deeper interaction, but we are experienced in managing larger groups. If you are planning a larger event or conference-style session, please contact us to discuss how we can structure it effectively.
 

Do you tailor training to our organisation?

Yes.

We tailor vocabulary, scenarios and examples to reflect your specific sector and workplace needs. For longer bookings, we can also produce a tailored vocabulary video specific to your organisation.

Our aim is to ensure the training feels relevant and practical, not generic.
 

How is online training delivered?

We typically host sessions via Zoom. However, if your organisation prefers to host the session on Microsoft Teams or another platform, we are happy to join as guests.
 

Is training available in person?

Yes.

We are based in South Oxfordshire and regularly deliver training across London and within approximately a two-hour travel radius.

We are willing to travel further where required. For longer distances, an overnight stay may be necessary and this will be reflected in the overall fee. Please contact us to discuss availability and logistics.
 

What do you need from us on the day?

For in-person training, we require:

• Chairs facing the front

• A screen or projector where possible

If a screen is not available, we can still deliver effectively — British Sign Language is visual, and all we technically require is clear visibility between participants and the trainer.

For online sessions, participants will need a stable internet connection and clear camera visibility.
 

Do participants receive certificates?

Certificates of attendance can be provided upon request. Please let us know in advance if you would like certificates and provide a list of participant names.
 

Can you deliver accredited courses for organisations?

Yes.

As a Signature Accredited Centre, we offer structured courses leading to nationally recognised qualifications. If you are interested in accredited training for your team, please contact us to discuss options.
